Thus, 3DS ought to come with strategic measures evaluating its target goals, as well as increasingly having a clear action plan with a view to realize better returns of the business operation. Merger process with an entity supplementing lacking or inefficient business operations like distribution channels and process, marketing strategies and innovation in manufacturing technology can be improved with following strategic processes.
